Excellent. I won't see the movie but I've seen enough of the trailers and stills to know you did a great job. I love everything in this thread.

Great take on the movie version of deadshot. The unmasked head really sells it.

Thanks for the kind words, gents.

Will as Deadshot is growing on me, so I may just make this custom my default of the character.

Another design that I largely dug from that movie (horrible as the movie waqs) was Harley, so I decided to see if I could make my own refugee-from-a-roller-derby version of the character:

You'll note some key differences in her look from the film. I don't see Harley getting a bunch of tattoos (or Joker, for that matter) so I left those off, and I really didn't like the idea that Harley took an acid bath to become the female counterpart to Joker. What made her scariest to me in the toon and books was that she CHOSE this lifestyle. So I left her other skin flesh colored.

And speaking of bad choices, I was looking at some parts and thought Harley might need a version of her man that she could keep under control if she wanted. So I whipped up an Arkham inmate version of her Puddin':

Thanks man.

That Joker body is just the Club exclusive Action Team Air Adventurer with new feet (RoC Storm Shadow), hands (cut down from an MU Human Torch) and head (DC Multiverse Arkham Origins Joker).

A while back I posted my trophy case Batgirl costume, which I knew meant I was going to need a custom of Barbara Gordon as Oracle:

The hardest part of this custom was making her proportionate in appearance to my other figures while still fitting in that slightly undersized Avatar wheelchair. I finally settled on some Men in Black figure pant legs with one of the smaller MU female buck toros and added the turtleneck effect to give her a quasi-Steve Jobs aesthetic (her being a disruptive tech genius and all).

I also modified the chair with a backpack built onto the back and arms that double as escrima sticks in case she needs to defend herself physically:

Here's a shot of her at a special workstation Bruce installed in the cave:

Thanks.

I kind of wish I had a couple of those chairs now.

I've never liked the way the MU Professor X sits in the more classic looking Playmobil chair I got for him.

nice work Spin - it's cool how much of what we do kind of gravitates toward the same parts, but how different our takes end up (except for when I outright steal from you) ;)

Thanks, D. I know my fits and bursts of creativity are often inspired when I pop on and see what you've been up to as well, so it's a very healthy sort of symbiosis.

So here's a character I've wanted to add to my villains roster for some time:

I went backand forth on whether or not to go classic Superfriends or DCAU style with him, but finding a loose Toyman figure from the 5-inch animated line made up my mind for me. From there it was just a matter of piecing together a body and sculpting on a sweater vest with a bit of pudge for his belly:

I'm going to be looking for more dangerous-looking toys in 1:18 scale, but for now I'm relying on the small PVC Toy Story figures my daughter has lost interest in:

YESSSS!!

Dude! This is cool!

Really like that you combined the two concepts. It amps up the creepiness, and it really fits with the character, but takes it to a new, darker place. The oversized head is very effective here.

Wouldn't mind seeing something like this onscreen in a DC movie, to be honest.
