There is far too much awesomeness in this thread. Every pic I was like "That's my favorite." Then I saw the next one.

I didn't get to finish Cobra Commander during the Custom Celebration due to time constraints and the auctions. He was a WIP for the better part of the year and the plan was to finish him once the 2 week challenges had a theme, he would have fit perfectly. I finally finished him and a couple of other really small project figures over the last couple of weeks.

Custom on first page.

I have been messing around with this particular custom for close to a year. I could never quite figure out how I wanted to do the webgear, or the gear itself, until it just kind of happened to all fall into place after a Marauder order. I went back and forth on whether to give the figure a blue wash, and in the end decided to do so just to differentiate him from the Steel Brigade a bit.

I'd love to see what you could do with a color set that wasn't Hasbro's, but this is an awesome figure in any paint scheme.

CLAYMORE

I had an extra Tiger Force Stalker body that I was able to pick up at the last con in the "let's make a deal" table. I bought it with the intention of making a Claymore, which I finally got around to. I was going to buy the Con Claymore at the convention, but the prices were absurd.

I painted the gear up, fixed some of the black on the legs, and painted the neck. The head was from a fodder box, and the helmet is from AVACs Lab.

Well, it's been a little bit. With summer here I've been spending most my free time outside, making Wip builds for future projects and tryng to clean the disaster that is my workspace.

The photobucket issue is one I haven't been looking forward to tackling, and will get around to fixing broken links this winter.
The hosting site I am going with is confusing me a bit, as I keep uploading the pictures only to have the site tell me they have been moved or deleted. I was able to get one picture to use for my latest, an easy Snake Eyes that was a figure I started slapping together awhole ago, that just needed a bit of finesse to get him where I wanted.

Personally I would have reversed the colors, yellow stripes on black for SE. But I like this too. And it looks like something we would have gotten back in the day.

Another use for another TF Airtight body, I made a Tiger Force Ripcord.

The only thing I'm not too keen on is the head, which I might swap out at some point.

thanks for looking!

Someone on Instagram used a PoC Dusty head for Ripcord. Maybe use that?

I've used that head for quite a few customs. I'm trying to avoid it now lol. I might use a Marauder head.

It *is* a pretty damn nice head. Heck, I'm using it for Overkill soon.
