Back again, this time to show off some of the work that went into my Luke Talbot figure.
I used my process i went over previously to sculpt various bits of fur and even tattered pants onto the figure I put together. Here you can see the overall figure after the sculpting.
Now here's a close-up look at the chest, stomach, arm, and facial fur I sculpted. I mean, he's a werewolf guy, so he needed fur. Sadly, not much in the way of werewolf figures in the 1/18 scale. There's the McFarlane Monsters one and the wolf guy from Chronicles of Narnia, neither of which would work for Luke. So I bit the bullet and got to sculpting as best I could.
Initially I was just going to give him short pants, but after staring at the Luke Talbot figure from the original toyline, I knew that wouldn't be enough. He needed ripped up pants to really highlight his whole thing. Thus, I found myself sculpting that too. All in all, this figure was an adventure to make and a testament to what can be done with blue poster mounting stuff and super glue.
