Wow. That is taking shape nicely. I really like the weathering effect you are doing on the street. It is going to be a terrific backdrop for pics.

drbindy forgot to include one of his wips. Here you can see the much more styrofoam packaging insert form of the building along with some of the quick things he did to dress it up. The paint and the billboards/graffiti instantly disguise it while the later brick work and Lil Bratz insert really transform it into a playset.

Cool stuff and very realistic.
The whole setting is very appealing for the Ghostbusters, Turtles or Spiderman.

Build? They've made working toy versions.
This one is only about 2" tall but the price may be appealing.

This one is metal and 5" tall, but also $28

thanks for the kind words. Will help motivate me to get this to the next step - full coverage of the ping pong table.

2D - I have the smaller bat signal pluv pointed to, but I could also make a more high powered one if need be...

Tim - you pretty much nailed all the cool reasons to have a little slice of the city as a back drop.

Dan, I am very envious at times like these, of your 3D resin printing, as my head spins at all the things I could be adding if my 3D printer hadn't crapped out. Maybe for christmas I can get a new one. lol

really great stuff! the heatshrink tubing I use would make a great handlebar pad to bridge the gap on that bike :)

I don't think that electrical meter is up to code. We're going to need a city inspector to come down and take a look at it. Until then these shops are closed to the public.

Thanks man!

Changed some things up a bit on that shop facade. Killing myself trying to add detail now. LolImage
