Renegades cobra trooper, BAT legs, vintage head 50th snow job backpack trimmed off blanket for crash cart

I used the dremel bits in this order, metal cutter disc to take off post, trim off scraps with xacto, used small sanding drum to make neck hole and smooth and taper the neck hole, used a detail grinder post to make neckball hole, go slow keep figure close to test hole as you go, also by using the.figure to immediately check the hole the ball makes an indention in the softened heated plastic which helps with articulation. If you take too much out and end up with a loose head take a scrap soft rubber piece, like a strap off the holster, lay it across the hole and push the neck.post in with it. It creates the same tension as the little rubber disk part in the hips.

CrashCart - Back piece came came with rogue one figure i used for the wiper, center is a trimmed down cobra jet pack from the 25th fang 2 pack, front is from another rogue one with a quarter of an easter egg

non joe - unrelated but I wanna share them

Warlock - Marvel Legends BAF
Colossus has proven to be the great white buffalo of the set and I was tired of him sitting around with a bucket over his neck post on my desk...
I was going to use the Toybiz new mutants Warlock/Douglock figure mask for my version of sigma Hotwire I already used the Lou Ferigno Hulk head for the circus dwarf during CC11 I think I can snag another later...

repainted it to match the existing figure's colors

Alpha Trion - Titans Return Transformer

head - alpha trion
body - scourge

the titans return series rehashes many g1 transformers using the headmasters gimmick on everyone
the release of Alpha Trion, was a weird triple changer some sort of lion-unicorn, robot, and spaceship yamato aircraft carrier

mine is a little different

geriatric guardian of the matrix turns into the ark

I have been following this thread and not commenting enough, but there is so much great stuff in here. Every page brings a new favorite. Just when I was thinking that I need to steal that Stretcher recipe, you had to show off Alpha Trion. If Hasbro had released him like this, I would have bought it. It is easily the best custom of him that I have ever seen. Making his alt-mode the Ark is inspired. Terrific stuff all round!

That Alpha Trion is fantastic! I wish that's what Hasbro had given us instead of the thing we got.

these 4 came about while I was sick and fidgiting with the snowjob head trying to figure out something to do with it, first I thought to do dino hunters Lowlight, if I had a dollar general snake eyes maybe but my fodder is getting slim, so I though of keeping the bearded element and passing it on to the 2008 joecon version....

bullhorn is one that is still absent from the me series, mine is a cobra rocket trooper, web gear cobbled together from scraps of old webgear trimmed for other projects, the head is the ponytail scarlett from roc, head band made from arctic snake eyes kwinn necklace, and to use all the parts of the buffalo trimmed the weasel skulls down and those are his smoke grenades
