Just saw a video for this rubber glue that you can mold and shape and curious if anyone has tried it yet?

Meh.

Not impressed.

Bought some to do some push molds and other experiments.

Unless you really need it specifically for its supposed benefit of repairing frayed cables, I've had better results molding with cheap clay or play doh.

IT IS useful for fixing loose articulation. I bought a Transformer that had very loose legs that were fixed with Sugru, credit where credit is due. Not worth what I paid, though.

It appears that it dries flexible. I was thinking about using it to make or repair harnesses and vests and that type of thing since it appears to stick to rubber and acts like rubber.

I ordered a small amount from China (like $1.99 shipped) that will be here in a month or so.

I bought some at the local Target and used some to repair my glasses were part of the ear piece chipped off. It adheres pretty well and I haven't and any issues with it flaking off. It still has some flexibility to it after it drys.

With what was left in the little packet, I rolled up into a ball and let it dry. It bounces pretty well like a rubber ball and can be slightly compressed but maintains its shape.
