1993 repaint of 1992 eel was only a change of blue to purple... do I make it an officer... nah!

The Corsair dispatched a unit of EELs to infiltrate and assassinate Mindbender in his TundraDrome, they where unsuccessful... Mindbender was gracious enough to return them to Cobra Island though, they where dropped into the waters around the Cobra Capital from there Mindbender's plan came into effect. The EELS had been exposed to the Z-compound from there they infected the surrounding waterlife, Sharks, Gators and now even mutated crabs form a barrier within the wave break reef keeping Cobra from approaching their own shores. The CHUM as Mindbender called them can be seen thrashing about from time to time... no one really knows why he had purple uniforms for them... just another thing he does.
