I like that Cover Girl, she's very well put together. Nude, nudge - wink, wink.

I never had Ripcord when I was a kid. However, one of my best friends did. We played GI Joes together often and we had different Joes, so we got to see different figures. I played with his Joes so often, that in a way, it’s almost like all those characters were part of my collection.

It's funny you mention this - it was the exact same situation for me as a kid. I've always loved Ripcord after seeing him at my friend's house, but never did get him myself. I'm glad to see you gave him the correct rifle, for many of the earlier Joes their weapons are nearly as iconic as the figures themselves are to me.

I'm right there with you for the weapons. I tried to obtain as many vintage weapons and accessories as I could for this project.

994 is a simple one, but still one of my favorite characters - Shipwreck

Enjoy!

Sparks is just about perfect, and once again well done on the weapon selection. Perfectly appropriate.

Ripcord is instant nostalgia for me. Remember the day I bought him - first time I’d ever been to a toys r us.

I keep coming back to check out covergirl. So clean. Had I not committed years ago to “gritty”, customs like that one would have me considering the factory style painting you and a few others do.
