at first glance only :) and that might be because I've wanted one of those old "vests" for a few years. I had a couple in the 80's back in IN, down here there isn't a lot of winter wear. at first there didn't even seem to be winter here.

the mag pouches along the bottom, knee pads, and bloused boots give him away as a shooter. now lets talk about that can on his m1a. in the last pic it's bent and there is going to be a kaboom that sends his silencer downrange 8-O

Yeah I noticed the suppressor is canted. It'll get fixed eventually. I didn't notice till after I took the pics and I don't have a whole lot of time to retake them now that school is back in session. I'll try though.

Man, I missed those painted mouser droids before. Love them. Everything here is great. The drones using the useless launchers is also inspired.

Thanks. I have so damn many launchers and I wanted to do something with them.

Lots of stuff tonight.

The King in Yellow

I may revisit this, if I can get a BFS skeleton I’ll swap out the hands for skeleton hands.

Image

Image

Night Viper Medic.

I took apart a Lifeline for a project and a Night Viper for a different project and decided the LL legs and arms would look good on the NV torso.

Image

Micro & Chip

Surviving the zompoc one drone at a time. They control a massive drone army.

And of course some drones

I have several more drones in the works including flight drones and aquatic drones. These two characters Micro & Chip are going to start playing a big role in my verse

have you ever watched pro drone racing? I saw it by chance several months ago and it was pretty cool. they all flew the same drone so it came down to control.

A couple figures tonight.

Fast Draw.

Fast Draw was always interested in the latest and greatest tech that Uncle Sam had to offer, and the interest wasn’t limited only to weapons systems. Before the undead rising he had been part of a research project on using AI to control battlefield drones and weapons systems. After an attack on a research facility he was stationed at left him mortally wounded his memories and consciousness were uploaded into a one-of-kind battle platform. But the data transfer was interrupted leaving Fast Draw incomplete. Now Fast Draw roams the wastelands laying waste to any “enemies”, living or undead, friendly or foe that cross his sight.

Red One. Red One is a resistance fighter. Part of Spirit’s Unified Tribal States. A Warrior through and through. He is one of the last Warriors to still wield modern weaponry and technology.

Wasteland Monk

The Monks of the Wasteland preach the Gospel of the True Death. Do not cross them as they will introduce you to their beliefs.

The Blind Monk.

Including a picture of the two Monks I’ve done so far.

Veronika.

Veronika is a hardened wastelands survivor. Story goes she chopped off her own arm immediately after being bitten to prevent The Turn. Other stories say she was born missing an arm. Doesn’t matter either way. Cross her and you’ll either find yourself on the receiving end of her blade or a bullet.

This figure was built to carry the real steel machete she is carrying made by 2Dark2C. I wanted a character that deserved to carry and was worthy of carrying such a cool weapon.

fast draw is pretty amazing! is that fortnite upper on marauder lower?

red one is great! I have no idea what the base is. the leg construction is really throwing me.

the monk looks strait out of mortal kombat :)

veronika looks great and is bold for sure. is it like "archie" comics veronika? with a robot arm she would be dang close to furiosa :)

It’s MTF legs on the Fortnite figure. The FN legs pop off easily and MTF legs pop on with no mods.

Red uses a Joy Toy figure base with Matt Trakker lower arms.

Yeah I always felt like that hat looked like Mortal Combat or Big Trouble In Little China.

Not from Archie. Just a name I picked. I was gonna make a Furiosa but decided to make it an original character. I may make a Furiosa but only after I finish what’s on my desk.

I need to make a new background for pics.

Here are tonight’s figures

Orcs;

Thump was an Orc blacksmith before losing his hand in battle. He replaced it with a razor sharp scissor that is bolted directly into the remaining bone. He also carries a selection of axes and a hammer each of which he is deadly with using his one remaining hand.

Image

Image

Image

Image

Berserker. His true name is lost being called upon to slay any and all that stand in the way of the raiding Orcs. He takes trophies from those he deems worthy after spilling their blood.

Image

Image

Ooff is an Orc healer as well as a skilled fighter

Image

Djinn is the bastard son of an Orc Warlord and a Jiniri, Djinn was cast out by the Jinn. The Orcs accepted him after seeing not only his prowess in battle but also his mystical abilities.

Image

Image

Snake Goddess, Coatlicue.

The rise of the undead, the opening of Stargates, the rise of mysticism and magic, human and undead sacrifice, the return of the Old Gods. The resurrection of Aztec deities. Who’s to say what is and isn’t possible in the new world that has risen from the ashes.

Yeah, I overspent on cheap fodder at the BFS store and figured I had to use it.

The head is the red demon head with hair from a Indiana Jones warrior figure
