#64 Lt. Clay Moore

In 2007 the GI Joe Collectors' Club gave us Lt. Clay Moore. The figure used a Balroq head on an Ice Cream Soldier body. I switched the design, keeping the gloves and x-framed chest harness/grenades, but otherwise putting Lt. Moore into a more standard Cobra Officer field uniform. The helmet is closer to the traditional Cobra Officer helmet, but flares wide at the bottom like the action figure's helmet.

Hybridizing the uniform makes the character more of an all-purpose villain, instead of being linked exclusively to the Shock Vipers. But he still looks a bit tougher than most Cobra Officers.
