I hope y’all don’t mind that I start a separate thread for WIPs. I haven’t had a lot of time to finish anything and I usually don’t share WIPs but figured I really want to be more productive and if I share them I’ll be more likely to finish them.

Here are the first three.

Harley Quinn. I took the 5 poa figure and decided to add articulation. The waist was cut off and the torso drilled out. I used hot glue to fill the cavity and set the MU waist into it. It only has left right swivel but it’s better then what it had before, which was nothing. I’m still looking for the right arms to make it work.

Image

So one of my goals this year is to spend less on figures. To that end I’ve been digging through my fodder bins to throw some creations together. This is one such creation. Im not happy with it and I don’t know why. Something just isn’t working for me.

Lastly my Frankenstein’s Monster needed a Frankenstein. I’ve since painted over the red and given the coat a wash and it looks much better.

Image

Lastly Igor. I wanted something different from the bumbling hunchback typically portrayed. This Igor is a tech genius responsible for ensuring the Monster’s tech integrates with the flesh and blood.

Less WIP more 99% complete

Next to the early Dr WIP

on the wip you don't like is there a hand under that sword? what about a pic without the sword and the skirt. maybe boots instead of sandles. those 3 elements fit together well, and could be a separate figure without the muscle and tech bits.

the vest/tech bits reminds me of bane from gotham (fresh in my mind since we just binged this last season)

The hand was replaced by the sword. He escaped a post apoc medical testing facility hence the odd mid matched apparel. I do not want to give him boots.

Those are all great.

I wasn't even aware there were any 1:18 Suicide Squad figures.

Yeah they are Funko. I also picked up Deadshot. He’s on the list to be redone.

At the last NJCC I picked up three of the new brown Contract Ops figures. I want to turn them into post apoc UPS delivery drivers to go up against my USPS mail carrier.

So far all I’ve done is slap a vest on one.

I do plan to print up some USPS water slides for their t-shirts.

Ha, awesome! How sci-fi is the post apocalypse world they live in? Any room for a robot named FED-X?

It’s my ATR verse. Really anything goes.

My USPS carrier is in shorts so I wanted them to be different. I wouldn’t be opposed to making one with shorts if I could get a set off a Kwinn. Heck I’d love a whole Kwinn. I could get a couple projects going out of one.
