#49 Metal Head From 1990, this is Metal Head. An unnecessary character that should have been replaced with another Scrap Iron figure, the character of Metal Head is bland. Unsubstantial in the Marvel run and foolish in the DIC cartoon, it's a wasted character. This is based on the gear of the first figure, but over the bodysuit of the second figure. And to sell the character as being an Iron Grenadier, some gold is applied to the knife and mystery techno gear around the thighs. I always think heavy metal music when I hear/read/see this character and he kind of looks like the lead singer of monster magnet. I like what you have done sleeking up his image. I have to admit though when I clicked on the thred I was hoping to see torn jeans and leather more of a drednok thing I guess.
