I'd snag it for sure if I saw it for cheap, rest of the pack is kind of junk... those valule packs vehicles are so oddly skinny. I know it's to fit more sets on the shelf, but the vehicles wouldn't be half bad if they were a little wider.

I’ve got a box of broken transformers I can dig through. I’ll let you know next week if anything fits the bill.

The Slugger cannon is a good big gun

It's great, looking for something a little more futuristic though. Appreciate all the ideas everyone!

also with a heat gun you can mold pvc pipe. add the pinched end of a vaccum crevice pipe, or multiple ring detail. drill holes or wrap with a fruit sack and paint :)

i have some plastic tubes from inside a golf bag i'm going to use one day. they look like woven wire but are plastic. i have used dollar tree hair curlers for details too. the black ones look kind of future armorish as is, and being round would slip right over a smaller barrel.

Those HALO gauss cannons have a pretty futuristic barrel to them. I'm not sure how iconic or recognizable they are (I've never played the game, so I've only seen the toys around from time to time), but that might be an option, too.

Maybe something from outside of 1:18 scale, like Centurions stuff?
