Every Joe #99

Cobra CLAWS Commander

There's not much to do with this forgotten character. It's a solid design that holds up well.

Because the character has so many warm colors, I used a cold blue/white explosion for the background field.

I also would've accepted "Edie Brickell dancing" for the pose, if you remember the video for the song at all.
