I found a part that I liked on top of the containment modules. It’s the flight pack from Final Faction.

I’m seeing these as containment modules in a defunct lab that was reopened during the zompoc. Working on the rest of the lab as well.

First up a clone of the amazing drone made by Bucky. Super awesome idea.

A second drone I made from a Matchbox plane. I added the guns off the HISS tank drone for the first drone.

And a random chair for a dio I’ll hopefully make one day

nice! the chair could be for a drone pilot. does the little green drones wings rotate for vertical take off? that would be a cool feature. sawing diecast metal is a bear, but it can be done. i forget what worked best, but a dremel cutt off wheel might.

That would be a cool feature. I'm not gonna mess with it though. I haven't had luck cutting up Matchbox or HotWheels cars.

I have been picking up various drones wherever I find them for the purpose of building up a fleet of mission variable drones.

I also bought a couple of the Avengers Helicarriers to use as a deck to launch and recover said drones. I don't know if I would make the platform use the hover technology like some of the BK2K vehicles or use the fans as a means to slow down/speed up drones for laucnhing or recovery. I still might just see if I can pick up one of the Chap Mei-ish missile trailers and just make it something driven around and into position.

I have a Helicarrier in a box somewhere and now I want to make it into a drone launching pad for Cobra.

In my verse Conra uses drones as do the duo Micro and Chip. The Joe team is tiny now so they don’t have a designated section for drones anymore. There are others with drones but they are few and far between

So great. Your take on Bucky's drone and your original design would totally work as a "versus pack". Now you guys need to each design a cobra or Joe drone operator...

i posted a bunch of pics of pro drone tracks back during ramjet. a drone and driver jc race might be fun at some point.

Love all the work in this page, but especially the containment modules, great weathering on those. I've made copies of that bomb/control panel if you should need any more.
