A huge chunk of my customizing has just been stealing ideas from Cap wherever he posts them. On Facebook he posted his work making realistic fire effects from batting and tea lights. This is a poor replica of that

Very cool stuff. The Egyptians really stand out. Slave boy gollum is perfect.

Thanks SG.

2Dark, I think I showed them once before, but they do look way cleaner now. Need to make a Brendan Fraser adventurer now.

Bucky, I think I can make that happen!

yup that's sweet! i have been stocking away bits for a market and this gives me an idea of what it could be. from the sway of the banners to the stone well , the gate ,the horse, just really expert directing. i say directing because staging is too light a word. world building.

scouring the pics for something i've sent you, all i can see is possibly the stain glass window if it is a dvc game card.

Dayum - that's amazing. And the little details like the stained glass window and door on the Schleich castle piece - brilliant.

Thank you all.

The banners were made by Cap. Glad I finally found the right way to use them.

The door for the Schleich tower is a working one - a "fairy garden" door found on Wish.com. The stained glass is just printed paper. And the light shines through perfect

Wow, I friggin' LOVE this.

Can you share the parts you used? I recognize the Prince of Persia gate, of course. Are those schleich walls in the bg?

Any details you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Amazing work!!

Thanks Lance. You pretty much nailed it. Prince of Persia gate, schleich tan castle walls and towers. Well is also schleich. Cobblestone is a painted Christmas town mat.

Working door in the tower is a “fairy garden” door. Stain glass is just printed paper.

Cart is an inverted schleich-type siege cart with details added.
