Thanks! My #1 go to has been steel pins for a while. I usually pin things together first to try out, then if something getting glued needs strength I " blind" pin it by pushing one in and snipping off the head. If a little sharp sticks out I push it in with the flat of my tweezers or pliers.

i didn't like the grey beast head for beastman, so still looking. i did get some stuff swapped around over the weekend though. still all wips.

he man with different arms and lower legs. i like the arms though they are a bit slimmer than the factory ones.
Image
i still need to shorten his calves i think. PA with different arms. how are the two heads? i wish the corpse head looked slightly yponger. maybe a paint job would sell it?
Image

with up sized MAA
Image
i was going to fully start over, but i really like him now. i might swap in larger arms too.
Image

just hit me to try skelly on the grey beast body. does it work? i like it, but might go smaller if i can find the right head.
Image
tri clops and trap jaw...maybe.
Image

Image

and a shot w/hyperion head for size comparisin. i really like cheifs custom using it and might try to sculpt some hair on one. also a rumbler head i considered for a "cartoon" he man.
Image

some custom weapons i'm working on. i really want to make the "weapon rack" i had as a kid w/castle grey skull.
Image

i think i missed posting my "horse arse" mans finnished shots.
Image
Image
and a shot with adjusted light filters.
Image

and finally my strait pin use is crazy. i collect the empty containers for my reptile room.
Image
Image

i still have to edit and cull my my gotg pics. i took way too many shots.

Those are looking great. I like the size difference between He-Man and Prince Adam.

Thanks! They might get a bit closer by shortening he man and better legs for Pa. There is an iron man I'd love to track down w/white arms and legs for Pa. I'll swap in another left forearm if I keep those fn arms.

Nice update. I like the MOTU theme you're working on. Never took to the SF2 Ken head but on He-Man? Might make an exception. I have two new projects currently. Going to post them '2DARK' style with short updates.

Thanks! I have seen several customs using the SF Ken head for he man on oring figures. I think it Is oversized ,but is about right on this huge base.

I can't wait to see what you are making.

I like where you're going with the MOTU stuff. Orko needs the ears, a purist would say he needs the hat but I think the hood is more sinister. But the ears are necessary I think.

Those specimen boxes are awesome

i appreciate it sgcaper! in some art his hat almost looks like a pointy hood. i have a witch hat that is too big and the bw wizard hat that i might try. the hood and mutt shirt are a great color match though :)

Great work.

I think the chains work for Ram Man.
Skeletor looks awesome.
Orka looks great. I don't think it needs the hat, maybe sculpting a little on the hood to give it a floppy point on the back and a point that goes lower over the front?
Fisto looks cool.
