Falcon's in the Slaughterhouse, where he's "gonna learn what it
means to be a Joe" even if it kills him.

GI Joe the Movie. Falcon is a goof off who's irresponsible nature leads to Duke getting injured and so he gets sent to Sarge's special training ground, the Slaughterhouse. Slaughter whoops him into shape (mostly).
