Hi everyone!

I'm getting close to finishing the painting on my actual custom project. The thing I'm curious about is sealer. This is what I used on the practice vehicle.

http://www.krylon.com/products/matte-finish/

Is this an ok product?

The next thing I need to know is should I spray the sealer before putting the vehicle back together? There is a canopy that opens and I'm wondering if this would protect the pain there - it's plastic on plastic. The other contact point is a swivel gun on the top. Would that paint be safe?

Thanks guys! Can't wait to share this :)

I think that krylon spray is fine. I use testors. I don't think there is any way to make painted contact points bullet proof from wear. The sealer will help but it will still wear through from friction. If you can spray before reassembling that's good. And don't spray a clear canopy with matte finish.
