One of my favorite sources of characters ideas comes from looking at popular media and figuring out how to use a specific design in my universe.

More often that not, I see a design from a video game or a movie or a comic book and wonder how it would look like as an action figure.

So, the idea for this GP is Henchmen

Examples:
-private soldiers
-James Bond Villain minions
-Marvel Comics minions (AIM, Hydra, etc)
-DC Comics minions
-Dr Evil/Virtucon minions
-movie minions
-video game minions
-etc

No need to claim, as I would like to see a wide range of characters.

Perfect chance to make your own personal henchmen or that group of army builders you've always wanted to do.

Your thoughts?

Sounds cool!
You're talking about the regular, nameless, cannon fodder-like troops, right? Like the Greenshirts and Vipers in the Joe-line?

Exactly.

Whether it be Raccoon City Police, Private Security teams, Bodyguards, Corporation Squads, etc, it can be done.

If anyone has played any of the James Bond games from the last few years (Agent Under Fire, Nightfire, Everything or Nothing) the villains had a team of security personnel.

I know there are a lot of video games that have all these cannon fodder characters that you have to sneak by (Splinter Cell, Metal Gear Solid) or fight off.
