I also got that error. So I loged in and then changed my defaut setting from 24 to 720. I don't know why this should make a difference because the forum let my see my emails without login in even after 24 hours delay. But I will see if that works next time I will need to left feedback. I can't leave feedback for some weird reason.I've been running in circles for an hour trying to leave feedback for a member.I'm definately a fan of the old system-What I used to do in 2 minutes has taken me an hour and I still have'nt been able to leave feedback. |

Find the person, click a button, (login to Gallery if you must) leave feedback. Sorry, but it's no more difficult than it used to be. If you're having trouble maybe you could explain it to get help instead of complaining about it without any explaination as to just what might be causing the issues. |

Thanks! Martin Because the forum and gallery (via which the feedback system works) are separte pieces of software, so to speak, and thus have different settings and ways of working. |

I just changed the code to allow people to stay logged in to the Gallery technically forever and changed the setting in the database to this. If you don't want that to happen you can set the old limits. If you're currently logged into the Gallery, the old limit will still apply until your next login. And in case anyone is wondering, the system is in place to make it easier to find out feedback information about a user. While I see no added difficulty in adding feedback compared to the old way, any slight increase in difficult is offset by the ease of finding out feedback via a rating, review old feedback AND ensure that the information stays no matter what upgrades or changes occur to the Forum. |
