I'm unable to attach pictures today. I resized them to be sure that they are under the 256 limit for the forum, but every time I try to add them I get the over the limit message. I've resized the files at least 3 times at different sizes all under the limit, I've tried 3 browsers, and two completely different computers and always get the same message. I even tried adding a picture that I've already posted in my thread, and still got the same result of the over the size limit message.

Try now. I couldn't either. The progress bar just kept going and going no matter what the file size was. Then all of a sudden it worked. I swear, I didn't change anything and we don't have any major processes running on the backend right now.

The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 256 KiB.

I'm having trouble replicating this issue on PC or Mac in any browser or mobile device. Can you try uploading just one pic that is 600x600 pixels please and let me know which browser and device you use to do it?

Ok, 600x600 worked, but nothing else does.

This was on an imac using safari. I had also tried firefox yesterday, and windows10 edge on a dell laptop.

What device and browser are you using? And what file size are you trying to attach? Have you tried resizing the attachment at all?
