You sure it was the right size? They have to be 24k or less and be 100x100 pixels or less -- if they're bigger than that, it won't work and there will be a small error message in red at the top of the screen telling you so (sometimes easy to miss).

And I just tested mine and it works fine.

yeah that's what it said. But my pics were the same size i use for myspace and so on, but i'll try and resize it, thanks.
