Today's new profile is the 2005 Imperial Processional Baroness:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... oness.html

The new head sculpt for Baroness really wasn't an upgrade. And, the Processional set was a good idea with poor execution.

Today's new profile is the Chinese Toxo Zombie:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ombie.html

While it's the same as the American figure, this version includes additional accessories and was produced in 1995.

Today's new profile is the Action Force Arctic Assault figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... usive.html

These 5POA figures would have been a great companion to the vintage Star Wars line. And, the accessories on them are Joe compatible and a great way to augment factory customs and vintage Joes.

Today's new profile is the 2002 Funskool Law:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... l-law.html

The figure is similar to the 2000 release. But, he has a great mustache and some crazy decoder gear.

Today's new profile is the SOS from Argentina:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ntina.html

This foreign Doc features brighter colors and silver sunglasses for a look that's just different enough from the American figure to be worthwhile.

Today's new post is the 1986 Roadblock:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... block.html

As a kid, this figure was a tremendous disappointment. That colors my view of him today. But, the overly large weapons and bizarre color scheme don't make for a great figure.

Today's new profile is the 1994 Neon Highlights Stalker:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ights.html

This figure is one of the highlights of 1994. The neon details are different and were likely added later in the figure's production run: upending a long hold belief.

Today's new profile is the 1987 Crystal Ball:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -ball.html

Sometimes, great sculpting and conscientious design still lead to a figure that simply doesn't work out.

Today's new profile is the 1991 Super Sonic Fighters Rock and Roll:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -roll.html

Many dismiss this figure for his orange highlights. Beneath them lies a solid color base that should not be ignored. And, his gear is pretty good.

Today's new profile is the 1993 Star Brigade Countdown:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... tdown.html

I like the Countdown mold. But, this 1993 color scheme is the least interesting. But, this was one of my first purchases when I returned to collecting and holds a soft spot for that reason.

Today's new profile is the 2017 Red Laser's Army Commando figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ctory.html

Based on a Snake Eyes sticker, this figure is a great way to expand an early Joe collection.

Today's new profile is the Funskool Budo:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -budo.html

It's tough to fit Budo into a military team. But, his unique look and solid gear make for a toy that is still a lot of fun.

Today's new profile is the 1986 Mission to Brazil Claymore:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ymore.html

When I was a kid, I loved this set and it was integral to my Joe world. But, Claymore got broken and never got the chance to really become a main character.

Today's new profile is the 1992 Ninja Force Dice:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -dice.html

Dice is a solid figure with good colors and nice enough gear. He's a great foil for Snake Eyes, too.

2021 Rarities Month kicks off with this unproduced 2002 BJ's Gift Set Firefly:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... refly.html

This guy was pricey, then cheap and is now expensive again. He's interesting and I'd buy one at retail.
