Today's profile is the 1983 Wolverine: http://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com/ ... erine.html It's a vehicle I didn't like as a kid for reasons both practical and insane. But, as a collector, the Wolverine has grown on me and it is a useful item to have in a collection.

Today's new profile is the obscure 1988 Lightfoot figure: https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... tfoot.html He's got lots of gear and bright colors. While the Night Force version is far superior, this yellow release still has its uses.

Today's new profile is the 1993 Col. Courage figure. https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... urage.html He's an obscure release whose mold has some unrealized potential.

Today's profile is of the 1984 VAMP Mark II: https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... rk-ii.html This desert repaint is a collector favorite, though I didn't really enjoy it as a kid.

Today's profile is the 2001 Shadow Viper figure: https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... viper.html Hasbro was so desperate to avoid anything 1990's at the time that they took a really good repaint and made him a magical pixie dust fairly who could avoid detection. Seriously. That's what's on the filecard. But, the figure is probably the best Astro Viper you can now buy.

They are crewman for a variety of Cobra sea based vehicles, from the Hydro Sled up to the Moray Hydrofoil all the way up to Cobra Submarines and larger ships. |

Today's profile is the 1993 Gristle figure: https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... istle.html I passed him by many, many times in the 90's. But, now, he's nostalgic to me for that reason alone.

Today's profile is the 1985 Transportable Tactical Battle Platform: https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... attle.html It's a mouthful to say, but is a very solid playset with lots of fun features and great display potential.

Today's profile is the 1993 Nitro Viper figure. Sure, he's overly bright and orange isn't a traditionally Cobra color. But, there's something about him that has kept him among my favorite Cobra army builders for a long time. https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... viper.html

I haven't owned an anniversary figure in 9 years. This female Cobra Officer has a lot of the flaws that kept me away from that style of Joes. But, there's also some aspects of the figure that are well done. https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ficer.html

This week's profile is the 1990 Law figure from the Super Sonic Fighters line: https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... s-law.html Law is an excellent example of a repaint done right. He's not overtly better than the original, but is just as good and definitely different.
