Pretty much all of these are finished in my mind...aside from possible touch-ups or vital tweeks I doubt very much I'll change anything. Even still I'd love to hear your thoughts, reactions, critiques, criticisms, fappage, hate mail, or input.

1st is Dino Hunter's Croc-Master...I have a saddle for him and his dino...but I'm not all that happy with it and I dyed it so I'm afraid to leave it on the dino for fear that it'll leach in and stain my dino. I really like DH- Croc-Master...but I think his dino loves him more.

Next is a tweek I made on my "Beav's Weird Ass Figure Challenge: Space Ninja" figure. My initial collar and helmet really didn't fit together because the helmet had been hacked up before and the collar was just sculpy. I was quite pleased to find that Payload's helmet connects to Deep Six v2's torso quite well. 1 Payload helmet, 1 Deep Six v2 torso, 1 techno Viper torso, Tons of dremeling, and some miliput later, I'm super pleased with how much better my space ninja looks...Glue was still drying on his backpack when I took the pics...but That was just tweeks...no changes.

This Predacon is one I got from beav...he looked like he'd pee'd his pants...So I had some fun with Dye. Next time I'm dying a color I like for his hair I'll drop it in... I'll be doing more Lunartixx like this as I find the figures.

You've seen Clamps before...but now he's done...painted up back-pack and properly run hoses... Whatever is pumping through that back pack is half of what's keeping Clamps alive.... The other half is his desire to be helpful....and dying is never helpful.

Last is another Crystal Army contribution to Operation Mind-Crime. Attempting to infiltrate and influence OMC, Crystal Ball ordered a clone spliced with Mindbender's genetic sample. Sadly Crystal Ball had never heard the song by Loverboy: "Crystal Ball and Dr. Mindbender's DNA Just Won't Splice"...It's not really his fault, the song just didn't get the penetration their previous hit: "Pig and an Elephant's DNA Just Won't Splice" had.

Wow. You don't see a guy with two Mindbender heads for buttcheeks every day.

LOL

Aw, man, I was *THIS* close to cutting you, but I was laughing too hard and dropped my straight razor into a man-hole grate in the parking lot.

Wow. I really love that Croc Master. He's a real flash in the pan, dude.

I've seen and told you how much I diig the space ninja CB and Clamps already. Both are superior customs, put Clamps is so far one of my all-time favorites. Just such great work there.

And WOW. That Crystal Ball made me laugh out loud. Heartily. I don't know where you get your ideas, but I certainly do enjoy them. Nicely done man.

I will of course, have to retaliate, but still... Thanks for the laughs.

You space ninja os all sorts of win but the one that really floored me was your Crystal Ball. At first I looked at the pic and asked myself "How is this a custom?". Then I scrolled down.

I think your only possible avenues of retailation are either:

1) A Mindbender with custom CB codpiece.
2) A CB chamberpot.

Wow!!! I like them all, especially the Croc Master! How did you apply the neon paint?!? It looks sharp!

And that Mindbender butt-cheek combo is just tight!! (ok, rule of thumb, don't use "butt-cheek" and "tight" in the same sentence)

Awesome work Nova! :-D

That's what I thought until I saw the next pic.

At least it wasn't dual Skidmarks... :shifty:

Those Mindbuttcheeks elevate the entire GI Joe customizing activity beyond "hobby" and into High Art. If they are not displayed in the Met one day, then there is no appreciation for real art.

Seconded. Best use of parts ever.

Dino Hunter Corc Master is actulal kind of neat ina Funskool weird colors kind of way. I wouldn't expect any less goofy colors used on such a goofy concept.

I liked your space ninja before but now I like it even more. Same goes for clamps. The detailed back pack seals the deal.

The Predacon looks much cooler that way. You have to show us what you come up with when you do the hair. If you could replace the dreads with twisty ties so they have articulation that would be even better.

While I don't care for the Dino-Hunters concept or Croc-Master, I do love your take on the 2 combined. Great color choices ! Makes me want it on an impulse even though he wouldn't fit in with anything I have he sure is cool !

Word.

Nova owns "think out of the box" customizing.

You know... now someone needs to make a Baroness or Brawler that has a similarish feature as that CB but using a cast of one of those beav heads. :shifty:

They are all pretty interesting.
My fav is the space ninja. The parts and paints all come together to make a really stealable figure.
