I did a Red Skull figure a while back using a Chap Mei skull and a VvsV Destro. I was never very happy with it. It just didn't represent the Red Skull in my eyes. I managed to get two extra IJ TLC Colonel Vogel figures. I altered one to look more like the castle Brunwald version. I then started to wonder what it would look like with a skull on it. I couldn't really find anything that was the right size until I made a cast of the IJ KotCS Cemetary Warrior head. I sanded the hair off and painted it up. I then started looking round for an accessory. I found a square cut bead in clear yellow plastic that i chose to be his Cosmic Cube. The hands are from a Microlady as the hands that came with the Vogel figure are next to useless.

I think the hands look a little puny but otherwise this is a cool idea.

The hands are actually comparable in size to the original ones on this figure

Great figure!

Man this makes me wish, even more, that the Vogel figures were easier to get ahold of. I would definitely give this a try, if they were.

Good work!

Let me know if you need a Cosmic Cube. I have a couple of spare yellow ones and a couple of red ones as well.

That's very cool. I wish I could find a Vogel so I could steal your idea.

I REALLY want to do this figure. I just need a Vogel.

Would Hasbro have the stones to do this fig as a con exclusive next year?

While I'm not a fan of the head, the rest of the figure is awesome.
