The four "lesser" corporations of the future stand behind, though as large, as Cobra Corps. They, and the mercenaries and non-aligned figures of power, twist the thread of fate, intertwining their lives with the escalating conflict between the Joes and the Cobra. These are their ranks.

Called "Liberjin" by Cobra (a name of Japanitronix's prominent political party, whose name was perverted by Cobra to a derogatory form of "outsiders"), these figures are catalysts to the war of the world.
