This is Agent Johnson's partner Agent Colstan. I used the exact same process to make him as I used to make Agent Johnson except for the arms. I think the Mutt Williams arms worked a lot better than the Spock ones did. I always liked in the comic how the Jugglers used the DOD agents as their own personal army and I always wanted Hasbro to make toys based on them, now with great websites like Tri-gate, Broken Arrow toys and Marauder's, fans only limitation is their imagination.
