Big Boss is the criminal master mind behind the Crooks of Empire City. His crime spree is what has caused the formation of the most elite COPS force ever assembled under Bulletproof.

Big Boss was quite a challenge as we just don't have a lot of fat torsos to use in this scale, so it was a lot of sculpt work to get him right.

I loved the C.O.P.S. toy line as a kid as they were really just large GI Joes, but I always wanted them to scale with the Joes.
