Oddly enough, I love Beach Head because of the cartoon. Most of the time I didn't have much of a take on the characters from the cartoon, because they were all so much cooler in the comic. But Beach was just all sorts of badass.

When the Undertow figure came out, in my ignorance I actually thought it was Beach Head, because of the awesome mask. But the red shirt didn't make me too happy, so I kept playing with the original one. That is, until his crotch broke off and my rabbit mauled his head.

At that point, I used Undertow's head and legs with Beach Head's chest and arms, before I realized how drastically I could alter my misfortune. A few weeks ago, I switched the legs with some nameless Joe in my Custom Pit, and felt that was pretty okay. The unpainted knee-guards started to get on my nerves, however, so this weekend I went nuts and gave him a paint job. It's the best Beach Head I've ever owned, in my terrifically biased opinion.
