This was for a No Joe Challenge focusing on video game characters. Being old scchool, I chose to make Death from the classic Gauntlet series. I went a little crazy for Rit Dye back in the early days, so this was pretty easy. After the dye job, I used hot glue to make the head pointy. I also sanded off the knife and grenades from the Ripper torso. I still really like the super creepy look this custom has.
