This custom was made for an NJC. It was a superhero theme and I thought it was a great motivation to make some customs. While I was trying to figure out what villains to make, I happened to be watching an Arrow episode. Once I saw the Dark Archer character, I knew I wanted to make it as a custom. It was a fairly simple custom I only had to swap out the lower legs, paint the zartan hood, firefly head and the arrows in the quiver.
