I made this figure to drive the Wolf Hound/Snow Cat PoC release a couple of years back, and included him in my LBC week in the summer of 2013.

It's a basic LBC with enough flavor that it lends itself to be useful as Frostbite in my collection, at least until Hasbro of the Collector's Club releases one.

The collar lends itself very well to fitting the Joe figures, and if I can, I will send it off to get casted at some point.
