All parts and accessories - Free Fall

There's nothing at all wrong with Free Fall as a figure, he's just a little bland. He doesn't have a unique specialty - the Joes had several Paratroopers already - and he doesn't have much in the way of paint applications. So this custom is just to Free Fall a bit more interesting, with some painted details on the figure and the accessories - especially the helmet - which help to give him a little more life.
