This is a Hiss Driver specially trained for Driving and maintaining a Hiss tank in a desert environment. Driving a Hiss across sand dunes can be very tricky, so special training is required. When dealing with insurgents or roaming warlords the firepower of a Hiss Tank may not be needed, but their presence goes a long way in showing Cobra's power to local villagers.

I had a sticker on his chest to keep the Cobra Symbol, but in the end I prefer it this way without one. Maybe I'll try a waterslide decal at some point.
