Sometimes I make figures just because I have the parts. This started from the BTR Barrel Roll head with the five-o-clock shadow. When the DTC Barrel Roll was released the figure pretty much came together. I added the mustache with Sculpey and a little paint and there it was.

Heavy Metal is a reliable tank driver for the Joe team and when they needed him back to bring the new recruits up to speed he did so with no complaints. He's a little reckless in the field but that's what the young guys need when battling an enemy like Cobra.
