High Noon - Deluxe figure
Filecard by Thomas Wheeler (GITrekker)

From the desk of Bucky:
I've been to Tombstone, Arizona. Lincoln County, New Mexico, and Fort Sumner, New Mexico to visit Billy the Kids grave. All towns connected to various colorful characters tied to the old west. I'm a somewhat novice old west buff, having spent my youth in AZ, but not really pursuing it much until the last couple of years. The new found interest was taken and I decided to work it into a Joe. The idea was in my head for most of Resurgence part 1, and the character Eagle Eye was going to be High Noon. Over the course of a couple of months, Eagle Eye morphed into something completely different and not western at all, and the name was shelved for another go round, this time with heavy Old West influence as I wanted him to be.
I really enjoyed making this figure quite a bit, and did what I could to differentiate him from Wild Bill. He went through numerous torsos and scarf combos before I settled on one I liked. One of my favorite figures I've done in a couple of years.
A fun note, on the Eagle Eye figure for Resurgence part 1, you can actually see the gun High Noon uses also attached to Eagle's backpack.
