This was my first entry for the 48 hour LBC contest from the Custom Celebration IX.

This custom started with the torso, a safety vest is a pretty logical choice for a naval character. Someone with a technical job needs a headset so he can get the info he needs as soon as possible. Drugs Elimination Force Mutt had one including a helmet, perfect for this job!
Something blue had to be included, the orange on the legs was a bonus to match the orange lifevest.
