Head/Chest: 25th Major Bludd

I wanted to do something with the first release 25th Major Bludd to make him look better. So I took some insperation from the 2006 G.I. Joe Convention Skull Squad Major Bludd. I used the SW Kyshaak Trooper arms for the shoulder pads and armored look to the arms. I like the added bulk the arms and legs give to him. Will be trying to piece together some Skull Squade troopers for him in the future.
