Manleh is one of the famous Argentinian-exclusive figures released in that country in the late 1980s. He was a recolour of Stalker, so that's the route I went, though I didn't try to replicate the original exactly. For those not familiar with the character, here's a translation of his filecard from the original Spanish:

"Manleh was group leader of a special missions squad, tasked with the most dangerous parachute insertions. He is a Military Parachutist world champion, holding the record for altitude and accuracy on both stationary and moving targets (scoring the maximum possible points in each.) Manleh specializes in paradrops in the most inaccessible and dangerous places (gorges, forests, etc.)"
