The Night Slasher is the leader of the New Order: a group of Neo Fascists who believe in killing the weak and leaving only the strongest and themselves to live and rule the world.

After his group was "cured" by Cobretti, the Night Slasher joined the Dreadnoks because he sees this group would be perfect for starting a new New Order. He doesn't like all of the Dreadnoks way of life but acknowledges their strong points. The only obstacle to the leadership of the Noks are Zartan and his siblings.
