Outrider is an Australian mercenary that works with a mercenary group (still in development) that makes jobs for the GI Joe team if required.

I decided to call him OUTRIDER in honor of late diomaster Craig Anderson in the third anniversary of his departure to Heaven. Craig was an excellent diorama picture taker and person and made some cool customs.
