Ol' Jock is an ex-member of the Scottish Black Watch regiment and is the foremost expert (outside of the family) on the Destro clan and the operations of M.A.R.S. throughout the world. He is an outspoken Scottish nationalist and holds a fondness for whiskey and haggis.

The buckle has the Scottish saltire (St. Andrew's cross) painted on it, though it's a little lopsided. Jock is basically the Scottish naming equivalent to Jack.
