By the late 90s I was one of the many ones cautivated by the Playstation video game METAL GEAR SOLID. In my opinion, the best video game ever, just second to soccer video games.

I've been making custom figures of the game and I am finally happy to present you PSYCHO MANTIS the psychic expert of Foxhound.

I had a terrific time making him. Yes, that's a Destro v3 head. Once you "clean" the silver from it, you can see a human face there and since Psycho is very skinny, the head was perfect... So perfect that I had to mutilate it, burn it and dremel it in order to get that scary look. The body wasn't easy to find since I was short on fodder. I'd have liked to use Sci-fi v2 torso but Track Viper did well. Actually my first choice would have been the hungry kid from the line Medics sans frontiers (correct me if I am wrong) but it is not going to happen soon. Then I looked for the skinniest parts and I found Mindbender's arms, JvC Baroness crotch and RoC Cover Girl legs. I happened to have a 25th Cobra diver mask but not a gas mask, something that bothered me a long time.
