LEGO Dr. Frink head and flask

This figure was a part of my second series of Simpson crossover customs using LEGO minifigure heads and accessories. Professor John Nerdelbaum Frink, Jr. just had to be Dr. Mindbender. It is very easy to see him conducting experiments on the orders of Cobra Commander Burns. His creations would invariably fail in comedic ways leading to the inevitale GI Joe victory and Commander Burns screaming retreat and chastizing Dr. Frink.
