Figure: Comic 3-pack Scarlett

(Note: It is not the figure that is important in this case, but the profile.)

TOP SECRET! IT IS A FELONY TO READ THIS FILE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!

Officially, Quarrel is a freelancing agent who is an expert with assignments that is deemed "impossible" to accomplish. She has been known to break in to Top Secret facilities that are under heavy guard and obtaining classified material without leaving a single trace of anyone having been there. To the underworld she is referred to as a "One-woman-army", which could very well be true as there never have been any confirmed allies or affiliations to her. And that is what makes it so difficult to track her down or finding out how she gains the information required for her to complete her assignments.

Officially, Quarrel is a great mystery - that which is known is that she is as talented as she is beautiful, and equally dangerous. The ability to achieve all the impossible missions she has undertaken guess of a life-long physical training and military knowledge in weapons and equipment. But the close examination of military records in an attempt to match Quarrel with a woman serving in the military has turned out to be a fruitless effort.

Those who has managed to set eyes on Quarrel the very few times it has happened describe her as a blond-haired athletic Angel in a dark jumpsuit, which has helped her to hide in the shadows on numerous occasions from where she has just disappeared. A witness report as following: "The headlights of a truck that suddenly passed by caught her unprepared for just a very short moment - when I saw her I didn't know whether to open fire or fall in love. She quickly dived out of the light then and we never found her again. But I'll never forget the moment I saw her, she had the looks every man dream of." One other time, a witness briefly spotted Quarrel escaping a research-complex built on a mountaintop on skis. The witness report as following: "The mountain dropped in almost a 80 degrees slope, it is suicide to ski down that side. But that woman was not an amateur - she never lost control. Her pursuers on the other hand did."

Quarrel is wanted by the law for her break-ins - but at the same time there are many people who admire her for what she does. Most of the stuff she obtains serves as proof for crimes the Companies she's breaking into commits - which allows the law to bring the managers to justice. It was Quarrel who brought forward evidence that Vincent A. D'Alleva, the C.E.O. of a Multi-national Corporation were deliberately polluting the environment by ignoring all safety-protocols. It was those evidences that brought D'Alleva his downfall when he tried to dump the evidence and caused the accident that mutated him into the evil man known as Cesspool. Quarrel seems to be working to maintain the law - but the question is: who is paying her, and what are her reasons for these 'Vigilante'-stunts in order to bring seemingly innocent people into the long arm of the law? Why is she so compelled to bring these people to justice? Hopefully those questions will be answered upon her apprehension.

TOP SECRET:
Unofficially: it is the government itself that pays the agent known as Quarrel. When the law is not enough to bring the suspects into custody due to the lack of evidence, the nation must in secret go above the law itself.
When needed, a secret department collects everything that is needed to know about the secret operation, and the special agent is called in.
The identity of secret undercover agent Quarrel is Shana M. O'Hara, a woman who is currently serving in Group Delta, which is also the secret team of G.I. Joe, where she goes under the codename: Scarlett. When summoned, she usually dyes her hair blond to avoid instant recognition - but she has been known to sometimes choose other colors. During her missions she also dons on a darker jumpsuit in order to blend in with the shadows.
As soon as she's been briefed, she is on her own. Should she be apprehended, all knowledge about her will be denied.

The Quarrel-operation is Ultra-classified; the only personal in the G.I. Joe-team who knows about Scarlett's undercover alias is her Commanding Officer: General Hawk. The rest of her teammates will remain unbeknownst to her other identity in order to keep her in secret.
Comments of General Hawk: "The operations of the mysterious Quarrel are known in my team. There are many who would like to try and track her down and bring her in themselves - or to track her down to help keeping her out of the hands of justice since they admire her abilities and what she is doing. I can't imagine what they would think if they even suspected that Quarrel actually serves among them, as one of the most respected teammates they know."

Personal Comments:

Now I hope I didn't overdo the profile...

It's sad that the picture-quality isn't that good - because that ordinary Scarlett-figure seen in the second picture is the latest repaint of my custom-doings. The color of her jumpsuit is of mixed colors to actually match the old TV-show a bit and her boots and gloves have been decorated with white trims.
