Rampart's one of my favorite ARAH figures and I really wanted to custom a modern version of him. I thought the best base body for him is a ROC Zartan and the best head part could only be a sculpted head part. But when I was figuring out what to do with a Renegades body, the idea of using it as a base for Rampart came in mind when I snapped on the Renegades Trooper head. I thought it might work. So here it is guys, hope you like it!
