Ever since seeing the early concept renderings of Recondo in the fantastic Creating GI Joe series, I knew I wanted to make a version of it for my own Joe collection. It was really interesting to me to see the evolution of the character, and the beret really stood out to me as a cool look.

I've made a few Recondo customs over the years but they've all utilized the original Recondo head, so I was excited to get away from that part with this figure.
This figure has been added to my '85 series of figures.
