I had enough parts left over from my Knights o' the Dawn project to make one more figure, only i didn't want another futuristic knight.

I had, for awhile, wanted to make use of the Pit Viper's distinctive head & I had wished to experiment with a red brown black & white camo scheme, before applying one to my C.L.A.W. troops. With all of the above in place, this project came into being, & I ended up with my first Alley Viper..

This is the first figure I have made that uses both stickers (on the helmet, kneepads, & shield) & a plastic "window" on both the eyepieces of the helmet & the opening of the shield.

To make your own small windshields, on helmets or shields, I suggest experimenting with various clear model glue. Apply the glue to the corner of the area you want covered & slowly add more glue as you work your way across the opening.

You can see where, on the left side of the shield's opening, my would be window popped before drying. When I added to the popped side, the original window layer became fogged up. I kept it as is, because in person, it looks like the window is cracked & so matches the weathered appearance of the rest of the shield.
